Can We Just Stop It!!

Sould we? Shouldn't we? In a way.

I think that the United States should not get invloved in any kind of genocides going on aywhere in the world. As the most powerful country in the world at the moment we should try to make peace, yeah not everything will be perfect at all times, there will always be problems but if we have the powere then I think we should try to keep everything as calm as possible. As long as something does not affect us then we should stay away from. In the other side if the situation come to the point where it is a brutal disaster then the US should come in between to try to stop it. NOT TO MAKE IS A BIGGER PROBLEM.

Evolution Or Religion

I believe the both evolution and religion should be thought at school because it will prepare us for life. Teachers would not be teaching religion but the different perspectives they have. For exampe, when we get a job, go to college, or generally in life we will run into people whom probably do not have our same believes and we have to know how to deal with them. Also, it is important to be aware of the different kinds of religion there are out there, so then when we meet soomeone of another religion we do not appear to be ignorants for not knowing what their religion really was. In the other side it is also important to learn evolution because it is science and it is what we have to learn in school.

Poem.

-Protection for women and children was offered by
-Restricting  Alcohol, which was supported by
-Organizations led by women who fought for
-Happiness in their lives.
-Independence from their husbands is what women needed at this hard times.
-Banning the alcohol now was the best ting the Government could've done at this point.
-Indifference about relgion is what this men were when they were getting drunk instead of working for their families.
-Taxes were affected by the banned of alcohol in the country.
-Immigration ristriction came after
-Over covering the problemof the alcohol.
-Never really letting it go.
-Religion was very important.
-Old america was what it wa all about.
-Against prohibition the new americans were
-Red scared came before when they were all scared of unamerican behavior.
-Immigration ristriction was also around at the time.
-Now organized crime came then, after the prohibition.
-Great migration was in this too, when the African Americans went to the North.
-Times to reflect on their life was since there was so much going on all at once
-Women were not even able to talk about what was going on
-End of the war was so demobilization was around for a while
-Now more unemployment, homeless, and broken families were around.
-Time of prohibition was so that alchol could no affect them in any way
-I now understand what was going on
-Evolution we weren't able to teach so John Scopes in trial was
-Speakeasy common were now that alcohol no longer we could hold.

What I Learned...

When we did the presentation I learned a lot from my group. We searched Bonnie and Clyde. Personally I think it is really astonoshing that she was clyde's partner. After she had already gone through what it was to have a loved one in jail she still made the decesion of being with him. She met him through he husband who was in jail. You would think that once she knew what it was like to be convicted by the law she would stop but that did not stop her. She was an Original Gangster even though she was a girl. At this time inlife this was a big deal, not as common as it is today. At the end they died together when they got cought by the police. They lived a very complicated life together.
